Within the last three weeks, I have utilized Vern Kummers Plumbing, for plumbing issues two of my rental properties. I will continue to contact them for future repairs.
From the initial contacts, to completing the work orders, the process was seamless. They are excellent and efficient with the repairs. Their communication was excellent, and they were very prompt in completing the work. All this at a very reasonable price.
I have been in Customer Service my entire career, and I feel they deliver Top Notch Customer Service!

Everyone was super friendly! Kelly helped me get everything scheduled and Chad was fantastic to work with. We needed a new water softener installed and from initial phone call to install it took about 5 days (including a weekend!!). Top tier service, would highly recommended! We will definitely be using Vern Kummers for future plumbing needs.

Tony was pleasant and did an efficient job getting us a new faucet outside, as it was leaking by our hose. Thank you for saving us money on our water bill and for a next day appointment. We appreciate you all- office staff and workers in the field alike!

Just wanted to say, hats off to Tony and Joey. I had a small pinhole leak in a 70 year old copper stack going from my 2nd floor into my basement. These guys were here for 3 hours and had to cut out over 8ft of the old pipe and replace with PVC. The job cost me nearly $2000 but it was a difficult job and needed to be done. They acted very professionally, cleaned up their mess, and left me with a non-leaking plumbing stack. I will definitely be using Vern Kummers again in the future, but hopefully the not to near future!

Vern Kummers Plumbing was able to get us in for our emergency of backup and flooding, we had called other plumbers and none could get us in that day. Chad Walton was very professional, helpful, speedy and great with pets whom decided to brake out of their jail to roam free. Van Kummers Plumbing and Chad saved our day after a shocking morning cleaning up flooding as first time home owners!
