As a fitness franchise owner, I’ve used Ziese to build both fitness studios. We enjoyed our experience with them so much during the first build out, that we didn’t even get a second quote for our second studio. They are priced so fair and they are honest and up front about the cost and work to be done. Craig is incredible. The back office is so responsive and helpful, too.
The people that work at Ziese make it the best construction partner, but the work they do is just as great. The team works hard to give you the space you desire, they don’t cut corners and they are as invested as you are in the space. They go above and beyond everyday.
And the best part?! They stay on time! Both our projects were done early.

As a Municipal Manager, I have had the opportunity to work with Zeise on two projects in Sister Bay - the Sister Bay Performance Pavilion and the Sister Bay Wastewater Treatment Facility expansion/renovation. The team at Zeise is professional, organized and supportive from a municipal perspective. They stuck to our schedule and communicated updates thoroughly. From start to finish, the organization kept us involved and informed. Both projects are key for different reasons in the community and visitors first comment is how beautiful the stage is next to our waterfront beach. The Treatment Plant was a massive undertaking, updating the facility from basically the Stone Age to a state of the art facility. I would work with Zeise again if the opportunity came up in a heartbeat.
