They don’t changed my oil, I come out of there and I Check my oil and it was dirty, people check your oil after they work on your car because, they are charging you $70 whit out doing they job, my oil can’t be like that in less than a month and I don’t even drive that much.

My wife and I got her car clean up for a road trip, staff was friendly and polite!
Did a great job cleaning the inside of car and mats!

I paid for the top tier package to get everything done and detailed right and to get my car vacuumed out and scrubbed down since I travel for work. It's been kind of sitting for a long time and when I came back after waiting for the interior to be cleaned there is dust everywhere. There's still crumbs everywhere from before and they told me oh you need to specify what you want done. It's kind of like a package deal with these things so you just need to let us know. I said okay so I had to have him vacuum out the console cuz it wasn't vacuumed and then there's clearly they didn't run a a wipe or anything out the back seat. So there's spot or two on it. Where's some stuff had spilled and they didn't do anything. Finally, after 2 minutes of vacuuming and one girl cleaning the spot in the backseat - these are pleather seats so it literally took half a second of actually scrubbing the spot to come out - then I left and I'm basically out 60 bucks and absolutely no service. The outside of my car is clean. I'll say that but I might as well have just gone to a car wash if that was all I needed or wanted.
I was told this because I haven't been to PDQ in a long time and it's like well. Yes, I haven't been here in 20 years but when you're not doing the job you're supposed to do does that really matter how long it's been since I've been here?
They did a really bad job cleaning my vehicle.

Got a $16 exterior wash, expecting the guy in the tunnel (name was Colin) to get my bugs as I use to work at PDQ. He needs to do his job better, as my car is still filled with bug.

Went in for a detail today. Was not impressed to say the least. Car was still dirty on the inside. I wiped my finger in one of the cup holders and there was dirt and grime on it. I showed it to the employee. Will not be going back. Do not waste your money here. They don’t pay attention to DETAIL when DETAILING your vehicle.
