My 3 year old had his first appt here. The dental hygienist had a very low pressure approach with prioritizing his comfort and long term success at the dentist! He ended up doing so well that they were able to do a full cleaning! This was important too, because it was clear that they based their treatment that day on his readiness, not a policy or procedure. Dr. Mark was very kind and had an excellent bedside manner! I will be back with my other children soon!

For my first appointment, everyone was very welcoming. Stacey, my hygienist, is very knowledgeable and she explained everything to me about what she was doing before doing it. She checked in with every now and then to make sure I was okay. Dr. Mike was nice and also made sure I stayed in the loop on what he was doing during the exam. After he was done, Stacey explained everything that was said in the exam with Dr. Mike. Minus that I have 4 cavities, I was very pleased with my first appointment. The ladies at the front desk are very kind and friendly. My husband and i are happy that they accepted our insurance as well. Plus, they're just 5 minutes down the street from our home, so that's a bonus.

Nobody looks forward to seeing the dentist, but Bay Park Smiles has been wonderful and I’m less fearful to go now. They explain clearly what to expect at the appointment and are very gentle. They’ve given me really good advice regarding after care too. I’m very happy with both the hygienists and the Dr. I’m so glad I found this group!

My experience was very good. The dental hygienist was very professional and precise. The dentist was very friendly and very precise. Neither one wasted any time got right to it. Got everything taken care of for the day

I enjoyed a wonderful teeth cleaning at Bay Park Smiles. Sylvia was fantastic! Dr. Mike was also very thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. I needed a tooth extraction of a crowned tooth. Presto! Such mild discomfort afterwards due to their efficiency. I'm delighted to have made such a great choice of dentist!
