Do not use for repairs. Dishwasher was leaking. Service man came out and replaced a water valve part that cost $64. $89 service fee and $80 labor = $233. After tech left I went to open door and it fell hard onto my legs. THE DOOR WAS NOT LIKE THAT BEFOREHAND. I called and she said he did note it in the comment the spring was worn. I told her he didn’t say anything about it until after the leak repair was done and paid for. In addition he didn’t say it was broken. If the springs were bad it should have been on the ORIGINAL quote. I suspect the springs was broken during his fixing and moving the washer. He comes back and charges another $170. So now we r up to $417. I could have bought a new one for less. This is shady business and I would definitely not trust them ever again!!

This place is great all around, Jonathan is excellent as manager, Laura is fantastic in the Sales and Phone communication, and Cole came to deliver and install the machines and he was Also, exceptional, great to talk with and very knowledgeable and experienced with everything During the installation process. 2 Thumbs way up, highly recommended!

First I have to say this company went above and beyond to give me advice and support in trying to fix my washer they were all very knowledgeable Laura and Ann were so kind and listened to what I needed I recommend this company for many reasons and without their advice I still would be going on 3 months of figuring that my hub was needing to be replaced! They took the time to listen to me and support me that I could do fix it and I did
