We had a 10/10 experience! Our A/C stopped working during the heat wave and they were able to send someone out same-day. The technician, Ulysses, was very polite and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to explain exactly what had caused the issue and what he did to fix it. So happy I went with Apex and I will definitely be using them for future HVAC needs going forward!

Absolutely love these guys! I’ve had Healthy Home Heating and Cooling coming out every summer for repairs and maintenance and every single time they told me I needed an entirely new unit and they would spend hours at our house and then let us know the end of the world would happen if we didn’t replace immediately. Ulysses came out an hour early so I didn’t have to pay the after hours fee, he had my a/c on and blowing cool air within 10 minutes, fixed the issue in 45 minutes, and I wasn’t charged an astronomical amount. So happy with them!

This review is long overdue. The customer service from Apex is truly top notch. We had issues with our HE boiler in the middle of winter and they came out the same day to diagnose the problem. Because the manufacturer was discontinued and parts were unavailable, we had to replace the entire unit. We decided to switch back to a cast iron boiler system and have not looked back. The Apex team was thorough, communicative, and professional from start to finish. Their pricing was fair and they offer financing options, which is incredibly helpful when unexpected issues come up. They have definitely gained a loyal customer. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a happy Protection Plan member with Apex Heating and Cooling for nearly a year now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Their team is consistently on time (often even early), very responsive, and the quality of their work is outstanding.
During a recent annual HVAC and A/C maintenance visit, Kyle identified some installation issues in my new home and took the time to fix them—without charging anything extra. That level of honesty and dedication really stood out to me.
I highly recommend Apex Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service.

Unfortunately had to use APEX again over the holiday weekend. Fortunately, the were able to come out Monday morning within 2hrs of calling. Their off hour rates are beyond reasonable. A mouse got into capacitor area and chewed up some wires, and was only 10min of labor on top of service call. Unfortunately one of the wires didn't hold, however another tech came out promptly yesterday and fixed it in the rain for $0 charge since they'd just been out. Great service and highly affordable!
