I needed a crown a few months back and I chose this dentist because a lot of family goes there and it was recommended by them. I am normally one who hates any type dental work so I was a little unsure about a dentist that I have never been to before. Doctor Holdredge was awesome and the work was done fast and painlessly. I couldn't be happier with my new tooth! Come to find out that the Doctor served in the Navy. Public service is an admirable quality, as I too served. I will be going back for all my dental work in the future!

Things were fine for a couple of years. Their business office was really disorganized, but the care was OK. Then, all of a sudden, my wife and I were both told we needed about $12,000 worth of work. We didn't have any symptoms or pain. We got a second opinion which determined that the recommended work was totally unnecessary.
Strangely, we heard from friends that, around the same time, this dentist also recommended thousands of dollars in unnecessary dental work for them, too! Since then, I have seen stories from other people who had the same experience.
There is something fishy going on at this dental office, and we bailed out before it could get worse. To me, it looks like this behavior is common at this office. I wouldn't be surprised if this office gets shut down for professional misconduct.

This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. I cannot believe they are still open. I have had two appointments and both have made my life hell from them. My first appointment I agreed to a flouride treatment which I knew would not be covered by insurance. I was never sent a bill in the mail until I got one that said it was past due MONTHS after the initial appointment. Then I thought my billing was all squared away. NOPE got a second bill in the mail about a year later. AN ENTIRE YEAR LATER. NEXT I went back for a cleaning. Was not asked about fluoride treatment and did not want the treatment. I get a bill in the mail for the treatment that was done without my permission. I have called numerous times, asked to speak to the dentist, dentist said it should all be fine. Continued to get bills and are now telling me it's going to collections. I have called over 15 times with no answer, left multiple voicemails with no call back. I cannot get in help from them with this issue that never should have happened. Besides my issues, they also sent me someone else's bill, which is a violation of hippa and they did not seem too concerned about it. WHAT! This office has been sketchy since day 1 and I warn anyone who goes there to be careful.

This was the most horrible experience I have ever had with a dentist. Dr hole in the walls didn’t even finish cleaning my teeth when another patient walked in and he stopped my procedure came back in the room 45 minutes later and said you will have to reschedule for another day ! Unbelievable right in the middle of the cleaning he then defrauded the insurance company had them pay him and tacked on a bunch of other charges too me. The office is a very old house , holes in the walls and dirty floors ! Should of walked away right away but it all happened so fast I didn’t realize this guy is a poor excuse of a professional and a crook!!!

DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST! The front desk woman Sandy has horrible customer service. I am being charged for a crown that needs to be replaced because it was sized incorrectly. After several attempts to discuss this with them via phone and letters they will not discuss and keep sending a bill. I did report them to Delta Dental as well as the ADA.
