In March of 2025 we hired Becky Maguire, Owner of Floor Coverings Etc. to manage our bathroom remodel. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing - not because things went wrong (they often do in remodeling), but because of how Becky responded when they did.
The plumber Becky hired, Jesse (Owner of All Solutions Plumbing), installed our Rain Shower and Handheld unit incorrectly. The Rain head was literally 3" above my head, and the handheld was mounted at shoulder height - the setup was simply unusable.
After some back and forth, Jesse returned and raised the Rain Head , but it still didn't perform like the one we tested at the Midstate Supply showroom. It worked great in the showroom but at our home it was pathetic. When we expressed our dissatisfaction and said we wanted to return it, Becky accused us of simply not liking it - ignoring the very real functional issues.
She completely washed her hands of the project when she cancelled a scheduled appointment, to our home, to see the issues in person. She left us to deal with the people she brought to the project, on our own.
We had originally wanted to use Kohler products but Becky steered us to her friends at Midstate Supply. She said the Kohler distributer was "too difficult to deal with." We eventually purchased a Kohler Rain Can that works fantastic. They had nothing like it at Midstate.
It is now August 1,2025. The shower was finally completed two weeks ago. What should have been a straightforward remodel dragged on for four months and counting. To this day, Jesse has not reimbursed us for the faulty Rain Shower. We paid over $800.00 for it. After hearing nothing for over two weeks, I reached out to Jesse. He responded that he has not had time. Becky has not followed up, never asked if the project was completed, and has not offered an apology or taken any accountability.
When the project hit bumps, Becky didn't help us through them, instead she pointed fingers and disappeared.

Becky was professional, communicated in a timely manner, and took the time to understand our needs. Once she knew our budget, she made sure to stay within it. Her eye for color was much appreciated and her team is just as amazing. We highly recommend her!

Becky is great and the installers that she works with are just as good. Her product knowledge and eye for design put her over the top. If you're looking for carpet or tile in Green Bay Floor Coverings Etc is the place to go. It might not be the biggest store you can find, but you won't find one better.

I am so happy to have found Becky to provide professional design help/opinions billed as a per hour fee. I opted to purchase blinds and flooring through her and am quite pleased.
