We had a few projects that Rob addressed patiently and professionaly. He explained each problem, how it should be addressed, and the solution. Even though the final bid was slightly higher than competitors, we choose Hockers because we felt they'd do the best job. We are very happy with the new water heater/softener and laundry repairs. Nate was out to my house to perform the yearly plumbing inspection. His attention to what my house needed that was best for me and my family was greatly appreciated and felt trustworthy.
When Nate returned to do several installations and pipe work, he was detail oriented, thorough, asked questions so the work being done would to best suit our house, and not only worked in a professional manner, but a genuine and friendly manner a well.

I called Hockers on a Monday morning for a technician to provide an estimate on a leaking kitchen drain pipe. Their soonest availability was Tuesday but they put me on a wait list for that day, Monday. I was able to be seen same day due to an opening. Nate Gerrits came to our house and was very professional, helpful, and informative. We were able to schedule the repairs 2 days later. Nate came back to our house for the repairs and did a great job. He communicated the whole way throughout what was happening and what he was doing and let us know what other items in our home needed addressing and provided an estimate same day. Would recommend Nate and Hockers.

Thank you for sending someone out so quickly to locate a leak from my kitchen sink. Matthew D. was kind, knowledgeable and very efficient in locating and then replacing my faucet. I will definitely contact Hockers in the future for plumbing services.

I’m so very impressed with this Company and my Technician Mike! With all the rain we just got, my sump pump started to fail and I had water seeping into my basement. I called at 1am and left a message with there messaging system (which was very nice of an automated answering service) and received a call right away in the morning at 7am and they sent Mike out right away.
I really love that they text you with a picture of your technician so you know who to expect, as a female I appreciate knowing who’s supposed to be coming. Mike was kind, patient, and listened to my concerns and my observations and then got right to work diagnosing my issue.
He replaced my old worn out sump pump with something much better and much quieter, and also helped diagnose that the city “mini sewers” were over filled leading to the water my sump was attempting to remove to continually cycle back and leak into my basement.
Mike helped me set up a back up system to mitigate this from happening in the future if the mini sewers ever became overloaded again. I thought pricing was very reasonable and for. I also love they are full service: heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical. I would reccomended Hockers and Mike to everyone who needs general services or emergency services, they were great!
Thank you thank you! You saved my basement from potential severe damage.
