We had the best time here . I received dual service @ the same time nails and pedicure Ty did my nails Vi did my pedicure and it was an amazing experience. The Chardonnay led the conversations. The staff is so diverse but very synchronized. Come out and see what they're about. It was my bestie birthday 🎂 and she enjoyed herself.And my other friend enjoyed her service as well. Nothing but good vibes in there.

I previously left an amazing review for a stylist who is no longer there, but unfortunately had to update it based on my recent experiences.
I haven’t had good luck with Sam. Less than two weeks after my appointment, my nails started lifting. When I came in for a fix, he was rude, argumentative, and the repair was done carelessly and looked very sloppy. I also waited over 30 minutes despite having a confirmed appointment.
The front desk staff was kind and accommodating, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I won’t return. I’ve heard good things about the other nail techs, but my experience was disappointing. Picture included. First was from a week and a half ago, second was from after the middle finger repair.

Heading went to go get my nails done in two months went to decompress the man Sam was so rough. I asked for a box very simple glittery nails and they are all crooked and clumpy and they were $90 and he was very rough. Don’t recommend this place at all never going back.

Excellent and efficient work! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They were kind enough to accommodate my walk-in request for a dip powder manicure in 30 minutes even with an already busy salon.
Plus, once when I had a chipped nail they figured out how to match the unidentified color and fixed the nail with no charge! Terrific customer service. Will definitely go back again and again and continue to recommend iElegant to friends!
