Disappointed! Felt scammed! Called and told them what I needed and they said it's a 1 hr fix and no need for them to come out for an estimate. I set up the appt. When the electrician arrived he then needed to get parts at Menards. I said I have a rebate card so I will pay for it - amazingly they had the parts back at the shop. Once the electrician returned, he fixed the problem I believe and charged double the original estimate. I asked why. He said due to the travel time back to his shop to get the parts! I was scammed and lied to. Never use these people! They then tried to blame me for not sending the home inspection on the house - but they never asked for it. Never once did they ask for the home inspection but that became their excuse! I wonder if I would have paid for more product if they ran to Menards and billed me for it. The cable comes in a role not the size of piece I needed. Really felt scammed! Good luck I hope you have better luck than I did! As a licensed Realtor - I know they lied!

I had an amazing experience with this company! Electrician, Noah, installed new outlets in my kitchen and added under-cabinet lighting… everything turned out perfect. This team is professional and friendly. Scheduling was also quick and easy, pricing was very fair and the quality of work was top-notch. I’m so impressed and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician!

I love working with Packerland Electric. Thorough, honest, reasonable, professional, and easy to communicate with. I love that the quote I receive in the beginning is the invoice I pay at the end. Scheduling is easy and they show up and execute the scope of work that was agreed upon. Noah has always been my main point of contact and he's super easy to work with. Can't recommend enough.

I had some very old (76 years) original outlets and switches replaced as well as a new ceiling fan in a vaulted ceiling. The work was excellent and professionally done by a very personable electrician for a reasonable price. I will definitely call them again for any future work needed!!
