Disappointed! Felt scammed! Called and told them what I needed and they said it's a 1 hr fix and no need for them to come out for an estimate. I set up the appt. When the electrician arrived he then needed to get parts at Menards. I said I have a rebate card so I will pay for it - amazingly they had the parts back at the shop. Once the electrician returned, he fixed the problem I believe and charged double the original estimate. I asked why. He said due to the travel time back to his shop to get the parts! I was scammed and lied to. Never use these people! They then tried to blame me for not sending the home inspection on the house - but they never asked for it. Never once did they ask for the home inspection but that became their excuse! I wonder if I would have paid for more product if they ran to Menards and billed me for it. The cable comes in a role not the size of piece I needed. Really felt scammed! Good luck I hope you have better luck than I did! As a licensed Realtor - I know they lied!

I would like to thank Packerland Electric for the quick response and excellent service we received for several jobs done at our house. They installed two ceiling fans and a range hood for us in addition to rewiring several switches and outlets. This was all done in less than two hours and the fee was quite fair, even modest. They were very friendly and easy to work with, and patient with answering my questions. I would highly recommend this company to others.

I had an amazing experience with this company! Electrician, Noah, installed new outlets in my kitchen and added under-cabinet lighting… everything turned out perfect. This team is professional and friendly. Scheduling was also quick and easy, pricing was very fair and the quality of work was top-notch. I’m so impressed and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician!

Our power line that was attached to the house came crashing down during an ice storm. WPS advised we were responsible for the repairs and our service would remain off until the line was reinstalled. My dad is elderly and disabled and the temperature in the house was dropping. I called Packerland Electric and Noah was able to send out technicians within an hour. They provided quality customer service and responded quickly to restore the line on the house. I highly recommend Packerland Electric.
