I always come back to PDQ. Their prices are unmatchable! I do a full service car wash and interior clean for both my car and my husband’s whenever I come. Costs around $50- the detailers are fast, efficient and kind. I appreciate the level of service for the price. I will continue to come to PDQ for all my car cleaning needs. Only thing I wish is that there was an ATM on site because sometimes I don’t have cash and want to tip them!

Horrible service and horrible customer service. Vehicle damaged and manager Tim was extremely rude and inconsiderate of the damage his location has caused one of our vehicles. After viewing footage its very clear to see what happened. He still denies. Save yourself and DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH.

Just like sand and dirt from shoes nothing terrible on the seats. I was pretty disappointed to discover they did not clean my third row at all.

Continued disappointment. I never give a negative review but the west side PDQ hasnt been giving quality service for quite sometime. Went there last weekend and explained that the time prior to this we payed for the highest package and the front floors didnt get vaccuumed and there was so much sand and dirt in doornhandles and cup holders. I explained that when i take my vehicles to a service like this its because i want to treat myself. I asked if they could let the people working on my car to just vaccuum a little better and I also paid extra this time to get floor mats cleaned. There was STILL loose sand and dirt all over the front floors and back. The windows were smeary, and i had bug juice on my door. I could've cried. I spent 50.00 to hop in a vehicle that looked the same way it did when i left it. BTW- I got stuck in the carwash for 10+ minutes and no one said anything to me after. Not a courtesy "Im sorry" or "sometimes that goes down", NOTHING!!!!. So frustrating. When I hopped in the truck and pulled away i drove down a bit and had to stop on the road, get out, and put my mirrors back out....didnt they use to do that when they were drying the vehicle off?! So disappointed!!

Went in for a detail today. Was not impressed to say the least. Car was still dirty on the inside. I wiped my finger in one of the cup holders and there was dirt and grime on it. I showed it to the employee. Will not be going back. Do not waste your money here. They don’t pay attention to DETAIL when DETAILING your vehicle.
