I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly, helpful and knowledgeable the staff was at this store. The gal that helped my granddaughter and I find aquarium supplies was so kind and helpful! My granddaughter was disappointed that we couldn’t put fish in the tank right away, but your employee talked to her and explained her reasons so she could understand. I can’t sing her praises enough!

I got 2 bearded dragons. They told me they were 0-3 months old. Well the male was atleast 3 or 4 years old. I believe they sold me a sick bearded dragon. I went and spent over 300 dollars on 2 reptiles and 2 tanks and everything they needed. just 1 to die 18 days later. I called and they said the WARRANTY only 2 weeks, so there was nothing they could do.
PETCO needs to do better. This is unacceptable!

The store was recently remodeled, it got a needed face lift. There's a good selection here but at times it can be hard to find team members to help you with anything. I've spent many of times here waiting 5 to 10 minutes for a employee to come by or walking around looking for someone to help me.

Good layout, easy to get what I need. Have used the grooming service twice, (and will use again) with no problems, dogs are clean and happy when done! Folks have always been nice and helpful!
