I have been going to take five oil change Locations for nearly 5 years at this point in the Fox valley and for the most part have had really good interactions with team members at a few different locations. I just got my oil changed yesterday at the West Mason/Green Bay location and everything was good Other than having to pay 20 or so dollars additional for upgraded oil because they were out of the synthetic oil that I normally get, not a huge deal.
The reason for the two star review stems from my experience at your DePere location this past Sunday 8/23 attempting to get my oil changed. I pulled in and was greeted(If you can call it a greeting), by a tall, skinny younger gentleman with a little bit longer hair. In the 1 to 2 minutes that I interacted with him, I encountered quite possibly the worst customer Service I’ve ever Experienced in my life.
As he walked out to my car, he stared me down the entire way with an incredibly negative unwelcoming look on his face, and did the exact same as he opened my hood. Then, as I was pulling into the stall At the same speed I have pulled into Said stalls my entire life, Screams at me to slow down in a very aggressive manner. Again, never once had anybody comment on my speed pulling into a stall. Then as he is directing me and yelling at Me at the same time, He apparently didn’t like the way I pulled into the stall so again he yelled at me, “ Sir, back your car up and pay attention to my directions”. Again, nobody else has ever had an issue with how I pulled into these stalls.
At this point, I was so completely blown away that I said, “no I’m not backing up and realigning it. I will just leave”, and he replied, “sounds great to me”.
If this would’ve been one of my first times visiting one of your location’s I would never have returned to any of them.
Just a terrible representative of your company that I have told many people about because of how crazy it was.
I hope the correct people within your organization read this review and Address promptly so nobody else will ever have to deal with an experience like I did.

Great experience, they got us in and out super fast. We’re very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of advice to keep our Ford Explorer in good working order. My wife found a 25% off coupon using my Veterans ID which was really nice.

Fast, friendly service, staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I also really appreciated the bottle of cold water I was offered on such a hot day! I think the prices are very reasonable for the service and attention to detail provided. This was my first time here and I will definitely be back!

I stopped in on Sunday 5/ 17/26 with a low oil alert.
The staff was extra! Extra courteous, extra listening, extra explanation, just a great experience. In and out in 10 minutes. Hats off to those 2 gentlemen, I'll definitely be spreading the word for this location.

I have been coming here for a while and had great service till now. I could not believe the lack of respect let alone give a dam. I was treated like scum. Nothing was even looked over tires filled, nothing. Wanted wipers but that was ignored. I’m still missing one wiper that flew off but yet on the sheet wipers were good. Not happy with my experience!!!
