HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY!
Yesterday, I went to Take 5 in Ashwaubenon, to get my oil changed. James, one of the employees, consulted the computer records, to determine that I still had 2000 miles until an oil change was necessary. They could have easily changed the oil and charged me for the service! Instead, they were honest, topped off the fluids, and told me to enjoy the day! What a great experience, all based on kindness and honesty!

Super fast and very friendly! They offered me a water and even gave the dogs treats. I think 5 minutes is all it took to get the oil changed. Great deal!
Edit: Matthew has been really helpful every time I’ve been here. He was kind enough to capture a photo of the dog begging for her oil change treats one visit.
Highly recommend you try them out for fast and friendly oil changes!

I was so happy to find a drive-through Oil Change service, I find it very convenient in my busy life. Honestly, this was a very disappointing experience. It is supposed to be quick and convenient, but instead it was a non-stop bother. From waiting while they serviced another gentleman's car who arrived after me (maybe they take appointments? and that was why he got serviced first) to the 4-5 things they tried to show me and sell me, including this cabin air filter. When I told them I'd like my Husband to take a look first, they put it right back in my car looking like the picture below. It just really shows me they do not care at all about their customers, It would have taken 2 seconds to dump this out. Definitely have lost what would have been a life long customer. I do not recommend.

I've always taken my Dodge Challenger to the dealer after hearing quick lube horror stories. I was very impressed with the team and how they handled themselves in a professional and courteous manner. I will be back.
