Had a great experience there first time buying furniture there. when I first walked in the door The sales associate was helping another couple and she still said hi how’s it going? They have a nice floor set up and I found what I was looking for almost immediately. Also, it’s nice that you can text somebody and see if they have something you’re looking for in stock. I will be shopping at van vreede’s again In the Near future. Cyndi the sales associate was very friendly and had a very nice smile the whole time and gave me a lot of good information about the recliner that I bought.

We had a fantastic experience at Van Vreede’s purchasing a last minute washer and dryer set. Jed in sales was incredibly helpful, down-to-earth, kind and accommodating. The whole process was smooth, fast, and completely no-pressure. The price felt fair and the overall experience was easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We moved to the Green Bay area about 2 years ago. We needed new kitchen appliances, a washer and dryer, and some furniture. We spent thousands and thousands of dollars at their store. Their selection was good and their sales people were friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery and install was good also and prompt. However, their service after the sale is terrible. About 2 and a half weeks ago our dryer quit putting out heat (LG upright not even 2 years old yet). We paid $179.95 for an extended 5 year warrant. When I called the Green Bay store, I was told I had to call the Appleton center. Then when I called the Appleton center, they told me I had to call some place called EPIC. EPIC said the earliest they could have someone come out to service it would be in over two weeks. In the meantime we are going to the laundry mat to dry our clothes ( A real PITA). So when the guy did show up last Monday (01/26, today is Sat, 01/31) he said it was the thermostat and he didn't have one and would have to order it and when it comes in he'll get us back on the schedule. So now it is going on 3 weeks and Monday we'll have to run to the laundry mat again. Very Poor service!

We shopped many different locations and decided to purchase from Van Vreede’s. Our deciding factor was our sales
Person. Lucas was well informed about the products. He took time to show us all our options and compared the products for us. Very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We enjoyed our conversations and he worked towards our goals. Great experience!

Great place to purchase your appliances! I picked up a washing machine and dryer during president day sales and found Sam the best host for showing me around explaining everything I needed to know to make sure I was getting my best option for my needs. Got a 5 year full warranty and left knowing that I was in good hands when it comes time for delivery and set-up. He graciouly gave us his business card should or if anything would arise to call.
