I love my new bathroom, it’s fully functional and everything I wanted it to be years ago. Chad was polite and clean, he answered any questions I had and always explained what they would be doing and made sure I inspected everything when it was done. I couldn’t be happier. My plumbing was updated in that area and looks great. Water flow is perfect with no trapped air and everything is up to code. If you need a remodel and want it done right, this is the place to call. This is the second bathroom I’ve had done by Vern Kummer’s and I’m happy with their care and craftsmanship. Maybe it takes longer than a rebath but I know the job is well done and it won’t have a negative impact on my house in the future. I had everything up and running again within a week. Keep in mind I had new flooring installed and plaster work also.

Highly recommend Kummers Plumbing for any plumbing needs! Chad was friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He was also so kind and patient with our older dog, and even wished us well with her aging. Great service and attention to detail — we’d definitely call them again!

Tony did an excellent job of explaining the situation. He was courteous and professional. Parts had to be ordered and he gave us a rough estimate of time and cost. It all went well.

Chad was our service tech. He was wonderful!! He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was also so empathetic to our situation and caring. These are traits unfortunately I don't see often anymore. We had water damage from sump pump issues during all this recent rain. Chad explained everything to us and did the needed install right then. Not only did he take care of that, we had a faucet issue in our kitchen and instead of us having to schedule another appointment, he did the repairs on that as well. We would recommend Vern Kummers very highly and they are definitely going to be our go to for any plumbing needs. Thank you Chad!!

Cory did a great job. And after he noticed my flag outside he asked if I was a veteran. So he informed me of the veteran discount. Really appreciated that.
Cory was friendly. Prompt on arrival. Very efficient. And cleaned up the repair site.
If I need anything done again, I would request him.
